Airless paint spraying has many advantages over the more traditional ways of recoating and can be used on a multitude of substrates.
Airless also has the advantage of being four times faster than other painting methods, which enables larger areas to be recoated in a shorter time scale leaving a glass smooth layer over all surfaces, usually unachievable by brush or roller.
An airless sprayer has a pump that forces paint through the hose and into the spray gun and out through a tiny hole, creating a fan shaped pattern. Various tip sizes create the different spray patterns and sizes depending on the job and what is required.
We can also use these methods to create non-slip floors and surfaces on decks and paint RSJs, bridges, boats, vessels and industrial tanks.
