Sandblasting, or blast cleaning, is a method by which air and blast medias are propelled towards the target surface being cleaned, removing any unwanted coatings or finishes. This procedure has very many other uses too.

Sandblasting is by far the most comprehensive and effective way of cleaning oak beams and timber. It is less time-consuming than alternative methods, such as chemical cleaning, solvent stripping and other processes that can be harmful to your health.
